not just a jewelry store

or a movie title or a bratty teenage name. The name I am referring to is my own. Tiffany. In high school I rarely answered to my name because I figured the were talking to the blonde ones. My name is a stereotype I think. Agree? I love my name. Especially being called tiff but most new people seem to think I would get offended by using my shortened name. I don't. Sometimes when jord  says my name I  like it even more. There were roughly 6 tiffanys combined in my grade and the grade below. I moved to new Mexico and there are 4 of us in my ward. Popular name is an understatement.

I named my son Rush. Like Rush Limbaugh ? Sure is usually how I answer the question. Some times I want to ask the waitress Julia oh like Julia Roberts? I know rush is unique, but ....

I hope rush will like his name. He should. Its masculine, and plenty of jokes and nick names to go around. Hopefully he won't choose to go by an unnecessary name (like lafawnduh like I did that in 8th grade {only because there were 4 Tiffanys}) funny how a name can mean so much.
