Signature Jersey Shore slang. (lets not talk about how I know) But it stands for  Gym Tan Landry. I am not sure where I am going with this but for some reason I am thinking about them all. Lately I have been thinking about how much i used to work out, and how much I don't now. I once heard that you aren't supposed to do sit-ups for 6months after birthing a child... Anyone have thoughts on this? Next is tanning. I want to feel comfortable wearing shorts, and shirts other then t-shirts. I want to be TAN! lastly laundry. I love the smell of it. My lovely husband has been helping me do LOTS of laundry tonight, and our house smells delicious!

Anyway I bought otter pops today and that means summer has officially arrived. I want to buy a new swimsuit and go camping. Today I would randomly get memories of summer. Something about the smell of the greenhouse (i think thats what it was) would make me start thinking of camping and my moms front yard. If you ask me summer is the best season. Bring on softball, cookouts, late night front porch visits, and camping.

P.S. we should be residents of the white mountains by june 1st. Thank you Tay for the job :)

A Summer girl

Yes I know writing letters to things that can't read is weird. But it got my point across. The last weekend (memorial day) we went to the valley to watch Treston graduate (congratulations), and bask in the sun.

Here is the run down. Friday we were in the pool more then we weren't. or close anyway.

Aunt Ann woke us up bright an early to give us a work out from you know where. I was sore days after. You go girl :) then we blah blah blah and went swimming..

This is my sweet dive. I didn't belly flop once. Last summer. Well lets just say it was not

pleasant experience trying to learn how to do this.

This is my adorable sister. She hates me... No matter how much we play she still loves Derek more. But we played so much! Every one played for hours in the Hamberlin, and Bloomfields pool! Basketball, water fights, diving, and sun bathing made for a perfect day. It was a good time

After we did baptisms we snuck over to Lenny's to get a delicious ice cream cone... YUMMY

but before i go on... I have a story. So as a valley girl I kinda liked this guy. We weren't ever dating in his eyes but pretty much were. Anyway, a few months ago this guy got engaged! May 28 (the day we did baptisms he got married) I figured that if we went late enough in the day we would miss seeing him. Ha on the contrary. It just so happens they are taking pictures. They didn't see us till the photographer had to run over and ask us to move. So the whole wedding party looks. Yeah it was awkward. What are the odds. Of all the times of the day it just so happens that we are there at the same time...
We also added a lot of estrogen to our house this weekend. Jenna and Megan are staying with us this week. I just love these little girls. :) So sweet! Between them, the neighbors and other friends that come to play with them there are a lot of girls running around the house!

This was a highlight. I laid cement and grilled. I think I've got skills. We worked our buns off int he backyard this weekend. We dug weeds, poured cement, moved tarps and mowed lawns. you know, i think that this might be the best part of summer.
