That's what I'm talkin' about!

It's 11 o'clock on a thurs-day. (It's nine o'clock on a saturday?) nice. Okay so tonight I was feeling all homemakey. I made some killer (actually it was just ok) Chicken Parmesan with some fettuccine and salad and french bread. I like to cook and bake. I think I need to get better though. Learn how to cook everything and season everything a little better. I'm not real sure how to "learn" that kind of stuff. Practice??

See the PPA? that means Paraprofessional Psychiatric Aid. Sounds important eh? So far The job is great! Still training! He is super excited to get on the floor and start working 12 hour shift EEK... Hopefully not nights cause I might have to not stay in the creepy hotel with the creepy construction workers just rooms down?? No thanks.

Oh and here is an update on the hotel..
Okay I don't think I have shown you my 'pantry'. I don't know how sanitary it is to have your cleaning supplies under your food??
I like this picture for two reasons. My shelf. (like the tiki man from Hawaii?) And Jord proudly is displaying the Lobo hat. (he wears it often too)
Check out what G K and I made (well she taught me) We even threw in some pillows. (Ps. she is with out a doubt the coolest grandma ever)
I bought this for a pretty sweet deal :) I am excited. Cookies anyone? Maybe that will be how I do my visiting teaching! haha
O and today I made bread. I don't know why the top fell. It's supposed to be perfect every time right?
I'm still trying to figure out how to keep my hair in my head and away from dishes and food.



I found out pouring spaghetti sauce into the toilet is the worst
That I need to be okay with the room getting a little messy
I am grateful for a big fridge
