I think if the AFRICAN AMERICANS can have a special day, us white folk should get a day too. But considering that wouldn't be politically correct to have a white power day I'll use theirs. :) (Oh and i'm not racist)
Reasons why MLK day rocked.
-I didn't have to work
-I slept in
-The husband worked but didn't have anything to do so he came back to the room and we lounged around
-He took me to lunch
-He took me to by supplies for my addiction (Spray paint, glaze, brushes, and all that stuff)
-He took me to see a movie (which we have never done. Just the two of us.)
-and now I'm waiting for him to get back from the gym so we can finish the day with... ? Something great I'm sure!
