One of those moments..

Last night Kamy begged me to take her for a ride in the car. No where in particular just for a ride. So after the Tenneys left (yes, Junk's parents met Tiff's parents) Me, Junk, Aubry, Jordan, Melany, and Kamy loaded up the the burb and drove towards the temple. You know how it looks at night, how the temple seems to be floating in the air, it was just a beautiful evening with the exquisite temple silhouette against the night sky. Well someone started telling temple stories, and how lights came on after they were turned off and so on.
One of the stories was about someone walking out of the temple and there were people who looked like they might be up to mischievous things around the temple. The vandalizing teenagers told the man that they would tell him what they were doing as soon as the people with spears left. Obviously there weren't 'people with spears around the temple', but Kamy piped up and said there were angels protecting the temple. No question. She knew. Sometimes I wonder what she can see, and how thin the veil is at her age. It was one of those moments where you are thankful for what you know, and the special spirit of children.
